Updated Windows versions of KDE apps released

Updated versions of Windows packages of KDE software have been released, bringing improvements from the KDE 4.5 release. This includes bug-fixes from KDE 4.5.4 and the latest version of the Phonon-VLC backend; it includes support for the new MinGW compilier and Microsoft's vc100 compiler (from the Visual Studio 2010 Express edition).
